"Behind the Brush: Sustainable Beauty Stories from a Makeup Artist to the Nobles and VIPs"

As a professional makeup artist and hairstylist, I've had some unforgettable moments with clients over the years, including noble ladies, VIPs, and even members of the British Empire. But there are two experiences that really stand out to me, and I have to admit, they're pretty funny (now that some time(not so long) has passed!).

The first story involves a noble lady who came in for a trial at my studio with her lovely mother. At the time, I didn't realize just how important she was, but I did know that she wanted a natural look. I decided to use some of my favourite Chanel products, including Water Fresh Tint and concealer, and she looked absolutely stunning.

The second story is a bit embarrassing, but it taught me a valuable lesson. After working with an MBE client, we were driving home when I suddenly felt sick. I didn't even have time to ask her to pull over before I had to grab a paper bag and, well, let's just say it wasn't my finest moment. But the MBE client was incredibly kind and understanding, and she took care of me until I felt better. Lesson learned: always be prepared for any situation, and treat your clients with respect and gratitude!

But these experiences have taught me more than just how to deal with embarrassing situations. They've also inspired me to take action and make changes in my business to be more sustainable. The MBE client in particular made me think about the impact that my work has on the environment, and I've started taking steps to reduce my carbon footprint and use more eco-friendly practices in my business.

So there you have it, a makeup artist's tales of noble ladies, VIPs, and a lesson in sustainability. Who knows, maybe one day I'll write a book or start a Netflix series about all of these experiences!
